Most of us have learned to live from the neck up. We think our way through life, analyse our feelings rather than feel them, and try to solve with the mind what can only be resolved through presence.
Awareness coaching works differently.
It starts with the body. With the breath. With what is actually happening in this moment — not the story about it, but the direct experience of it. From there, we begin to see the patterns that have been running quietly in the background: the ways we protect ourselves, the beliefs we formed long ago that no longer serve us, the places where we have learned to be small.
This is not therapy. This is remembrance.
In our sessions, I hold space for you to slow down enough to hear yourself. We work with somatic awareness, inner child work, and nervous system regulation — not as techniques to apply, but as doorways back to yourself.
