Intuitive Bodywork

In an Intuitive Bodywork Session I intuitively use Energy work and different bodywork & massage techniques to invite your body back into it’s natural state, that is deeply relaxed and blissful. We will move through layers of protection and resistance, that slowly, step by step will dissolve into softness and openness. The layers of protection are melting away when the nerves system of the body authentically feels safe to do so. Stuck energy (trauma) gets the space to flow again and long held emotions can surface and may ask to be released. Through this deep relaxing and de-armoring proces of the body your life force energy may start to flow, bringing warm feelings and sensations throughout the body.
